Building Bridges Through Better Experiences
We're UX4X: a full-service product studio building bilingual (Arabic RTL/English) digital products from user research through design to front-end and AI development for MENA and European markets.
Why UX4X Exists
I started UX4X because I kept seeing the same thing. Teams building products for Arabic-speaking users who'd never watched an Arabic user struggle with their interface. Agencies calling themselves "MENA-ready" because they could mirror a layout.
That's not research. That's a checkbox. UX4X was founded to close a specific gap: products that genuinely work for Arabic-speaking users — not just translated, actually designed. We run research in Arabic. We recruit in Riyadh, Cairo, and Dubai. We build RTL interfaces that aren't just flipped LTR designs.
We also work with European clients entering MENA markets, and MENA companies building products for European audiences. The bilingual capability runs in both directions. The studio is small by choice. We take fewer projects and go deeper. Every engagement has a senior researcher or designer involved, not delegated to junior staff after the pitch.
5+ Projects
Across MENA & Europe
Our Mission
Solve real user problems through evidence-based design. We believe every team deserves access to professional UX research, thoughtful interface design, and development that actually ships—regardless of market complexity.
Our Vision
Become the go-to UX partner for teams bridging MENA and European markets. Where bilingual experiences aren't an afterthought, but a competitive advantage built on cultural understanding and technical excellence.
Our Values
Research first — design decisions without user evidence are guesses. Bilingual by default — Arabic isn't a translation layer, it's a native research and design requirement. Small is intentional — we stay small so senior people do the work. Outcomes over deliverables — the measure is what gets built differently as a result.
Meet the Team
Founder-led by default, expanding carefully. We only publish real team profiles once roles, scope, and public visibility are confirmed.
Mohamed Abdelrazek
Founder & Lead UX Architect
UX engineer and researcher doing bilingual work across MENA and European markets for over a decade. Currently completing doctoral research on IoT patient monitoring and AI decision support systems. The research background shapes the UX work — evidence over opinion, systematic over intuitive. Co-founded Remal Hospitality (Bedouin Moon Hotel, Zowwada restaurant) alongside the studio. Based in MENA, works across time zones.
Second Founder Profile
Pending Confirmation
UX4X is onboarding Mohamed Ibrahiem in a backend, integrations, and delivery leadership capacity. His public profile will be added after he confirms he wants to appear on the About page and after his CV and role summary are finalized.
How We Deliver
Small Team, Senior Execution
UX4X is intentionally lean. We keep the public team list honest, keep delivery founder-led, and bring in the right support only when scope and accountability are clear. No fake scale, no placeholder bios, no junior handoff theater.
Our Principles
These aren't just values on a wall. They guide every decision, from research methodology to pixel placement.
Evidence Over Assumptions
We test hypotheses through user research and data analysis. No guesswork, no design-by-committee, no "we think users want this."
Your benefit: Decisions backed by real user behavior, not opinions.
Outcomes Over Deliverables
We measure success by user satisfaction and business metrics, not just shipping features. If it doesn't improve the experience, we push back.
Your benefit: Solutions that move needles, not just check boxes.
Quality Over Speed
Fast delivery is valuable, but not at the cost of user experience. We ship when it's ready, tested, and validated—not just when the calendar says so.
Your benefit: Products that work right the first time.
Privacy by Design
GDPR compliance isn't an afterthought. We build consent management, data minimization, and user control into every product from day one.
Your benefit: Reduced legal risk and user trust from the start.
Accessibility First
WCAG 2.1 AA compliance is standard, not premium. Keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and color contrast are non-negotiable baseline requirements.
Your benefit: Wider market reach and compliance confidence.
Cultural Context Matters
Localization is more than translation. We adapt research methods, visual design, and interaction patterns to cultural expectations across MENA and European markets.
Your benefit: Experiences that resonate, not just translate.
Built on Solid Foundations
We practice what we preach. This very platform demonstrates our commitment to quality.
