Do you work with clients outside MENA?

Yes. European companies building for MENA markets are a significant part of what we do. They need bilingual research and design that local agencies can execute, but with the methodology standards of mature European UX practice. We bridge that.

Can you run research in Arabic?

Arabic is native to our research practice. We run moderated sessions, recruit participants across Gulf and Levant markets, and analyze findings in Arabic before translating for international stakeholders.

How do you handle projects across multiple countries?

Most MENA markets have distinct user populations — Saudi users differ meaningfully from Egyptian users differ from UAE residents. We scope research and design per market rather than assuming one MENA user profile covers all of them.

How long do projects typically take?

A focused usability study (5 participants, one flow, findings report) takes 2 weeks. A full research-to-design cycle for a new product typically runs 6-10 weeks. We scope projects clearly at the start.

Do you offer retainers or ongoing relationships?

Yes. Continuous discovery programs, embedded research support, and ongoing design partnerships. For teams that need regular UX input without a full-time researcher, a monthly retainer works well.

What does the process look like?

Request a service through our form. We review scope and respond within 1 business day. If there's a fit, we schedule a 30-minute scoping call to confirm requirements, timeline, and budget. After that, we send a proposal. Work begins after agreement.

Do you have minimum project sizes?

Expert reviews and focused usability studies start at around $2,500. Full research engagements start at $5,000. We don't take projects below these thresholds — the quality we provide at smaller scopes isn't what we'd stand behind.

Can I request a service not listed on your services page?

Yes. The Custom Request service exists precisely for this. Describe what you need — ethnographic research, specialized accessibility audit, IA testing for a complex enterprise system — and we'll scope it.

What is your payment process?

50% upfront to begin work, 50% on delivery. For larger engagements over $10K, we can discuss milestone-based payment. We accept bank transfer and card payment via Stripe.
